One of the most coveted whiskies in the world and certainly among the finest blends on the market, Hibiki’s 21YO is the quintessential example of Japanese whisky craftsmanship. A brilliantly balanced blend of malt and grain whiskies aged in a carefully curated selection of barrels including ex-bourbon, sherry and mizunara oak, this is rich yet fresh, honeyed and floral with a distinct citrus vibrancy to it. A masterful work of the distiller’s art.

Full of grace. Tenderly unfolding a calm essence.

Nose: Cooked fruit, blackberry, ripe banana, caramel
Palate: Sandalwood, honeycomb, dried apricot and Mizunara (Japanese oak)
Finish: Long, rich with incense aroma
