Minimum age limit of age 18 and above are allowed to place orders, receive deliveries and consume our products.
FREE DELIVERY
Free delivery when you spend above $180 in a single invoice. Otherwise, a nominal delivery fee of $8 will be charged.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept a 1 for 1 exchange of the same goods that are damaged caused by transportation. A picture will be taken as proof of delivery and in good condition to prevent fraudulent exchange. Contact us within 12 hours upon delivery for exchange. Tampered products will not be eligible. All exchanges will be done at our office in person.
Simply Alcohol reserves the right to reject the exchange request at our own discretion should we feel the goods are not ours.
REFUND POLICY
All purchases are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE
Should an order be cancelled, a 5% of the invoice value shall be charged as processing fee. All cancellation must be made within 2 hours after payment. The funds will be returned within 10 working days.
FAILED DELIVERY
For failed delivery, $20 will be imposed for re-delivery and administrative cost. Subsequent failed delivery the customer will be required to pick up at our office.
