Olmeca Altos Reposado is our most awarded tequila, acheiving several medal at the most distinguished spirit competitions around the world since its creation; including The Tequila Masters, The San Francisco World Spirits competition, Critics Challenge, Concours Mondial Bruxelles, and more.
Olmeca Altos Tequila is made from 100% Blue Agave, grown in Los Altos, highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Our agave is slow cooked in brick ovens, distilled in copper. For Reposado and Añejo we age the liquid in ex-bourbon barrels for that smooth true tequila flavor.
TASTING NOTES:
AROMA – Sweet citrus notes of orange and grapefruit. Complementary notes of cooked agave, vanilla are fruity and fresh with a woody aspect.
TASTE – Robust, yet pleasant, with tannins and citrus notes; a long and well-balance finish.
