An artisanal Cognac from the village of Saint Germain de Vibrac in Petit Champagne – bottled by La Guilde du Cognac. La Guilde specialises in presenting Cognacs from single villages, produced by an artisan distiller with a unique and authentic style that brings out the individual character of the region. The Saint Germain de Vibrac 2007-vintage was harvested after a stormy summer that made the best wines a rare commodity. This Cognac was specially distilled in a small copper pot still and matured in wide-grain oak barrels to maximise its character character. The nose has notes of vanilla and sweet spices that follow onto the palate and are joined by gingerbread and creamy notes.
