A new Travel Exclusive from the Giants of Chivas Regal. This time a 18yo Japanese oak Finish in first fill mizunara oak cask. This is the standard 18yo finished in this “water oak” (as the translation for mizunara says) casks. Bottled at 48%abv, it has a orange amber color.

The Chivas 18 Year Old Wine Cask Series has been exclusively finished in the finest Grand Cru Margaux region wine casks revealing a new marriage of taste. This first edition of the new Chivas 18 Wine Cask Series, a series of Ultra Premium travel retail exclusive blends magnifying the tasty flavours of Chivas 18 YO with the finest wine casks finishes. It is the first time Chivas is collaborating with internationally acclaimed wine appellations.

Selectively finished in the finest Grand Cru Margaux casks which magnifies the 85 flavours of Chivas 18YO and brings a unique taste with fruity flavours including notes of raspberry, soft apricots and red toffee apples with a dusting of cinnamon and gently toasted oak .
