The AOC Médoc is part of the famous Médoc region whose soil is mainly gravelly. Malesan Medoc is a blend of the two classic grape varieties of the region:
– Merlot gives the wine a fruity and velvety texture
– Cabernet Sauvignon brings tannic structure and balance
Pre-fermentation maceration to extract the aromas of the grapes and vinification under controlled temperature. The vinification process is carried out with care to obtain an optimal aromatic extraction and a good concentration.
COLOR: Intense red colour.
NOSE: Complex and expressive with notes of red and black fruits.
MOUTH: Fleshy with a fine and silky texture.
FOOD PAIRING: Red meat and soft cheeses.
SERVING CONDITION: Between 18- 20° C.
