Pinot Noir comes from three distinct vineyards in the Southern Valleys: Barracks, Mustang and Delta. The clay soils of the Southern Valleys are cooler and hold more water than those of the gravelly Wairau Valley, and sloped sites give longer exposure to the sun. The three unique terroir are combined to make elegant, complex and fine-boned Pinot Noir.
