Yellow with golden hues. Subtle white roses notes stand out over lemon zest, pear, white peach, dried apricot, and butterscotch aromas freshly combined with delicate floral notes of jasmine. Then little more complex notes such as ripe pineapple and hazelnut appear. These aromas are enhanced by delicate hints of vanilla, a product of its barrel ageing. Mouthfilling and gratifying. Exquisite acidity stands out with toasted and mineral aftertaste. Its ageing in new oak barrel gives it more intricacy, and roundness. The finish is elegant and persistent.
